Wire brackets were used to assemble the original stormtrooper suits seen in Star Wars A New Hope.
These are custom galvanized steel wire forms made with professional equipment, referencing photos of an original Stormtrooper suit from the LFL archives. I carefully matched the original brackets, nuts, and screws as closely as possible.
The 3 longer brackets are used on the chest piece to allow it to hang over the abdomen piece. The shorter brackets are used on the upper abdomen part. They also connect the upper back to the kidney plate, and the kidney plate to the butt plate.
